Should I be worried?

Question

Today I had a 3D scan not by my doctor but somewhere else where I had paid for it. 
The technician said his femurs are 6 weeks behind but wasn’t able to tell me anything medical. 
Should I be worried? I’m 36 weeks but they’re measuring 30 weeks.

Every elective ultrasound place i have been to specifically say they arent allowed to give you any medical diagnoses because most of the employees aren’t properly trained in the medical field. However two places i have been to do ask who your doctor is as well as their number in case they see anything odd that they feel should be looked into. But they dont tell the parents. I find it odd that she mentioned it to you but it wouldnt hurt to bring it up to your OB

He could just be short hun, best to talk to your regular dr about it idk why they wouldn’t have said anything previously it could have been just the place you went to
