Implantation bleeding???

I think I might have had implantation bleeding. Thursday I started to cramp a little. When I went to bathroom and wiped I had a pinkish tint on the tissue. I shrugged it off as my period even though it was three days early. It was supposed to start on the 10th. Friday I bleed the whole day no cramps but a lot of fatigue. Then I get up to use the bathroom and change my tampon and BOOM! the tampons got old blood on it and it's clean when I wipe!? Did I just experience implementation bleeding? Also I forgot I also have been experiencing dizziness since Wednesday, slight headache Thursday and Friday morning

Maybe not went to bathroom again and the blood was back.

So the rest of yesterday after my update I wasn't bleeding anymore🤨
