I’m confused

So I haven’t had a period in 5 days ... my doctor told me to test if i don’t have one today which is the 9 of November.... my period app is telling me I’m one day late...

nothing at all no sign of a period i don’t feel stressed or anything ... but the week before i was supposed to get my period i felt mild cramps in my stomach, I was bloated, i was gassy, & (TMI) I’ve had diarrhea.... another TMI usually i’ll Dry up in CM when my period is here but my CM is creamy and moist no smell or anything . I’ve tested 7 & 9 DPO BUT negative result ... I’m so terrified to test I’m scared of a negative . My doctor also said she wanted to do an ultrasound on me within this week if i don’t get my period ... should I be worried ? I’ve had no signs of bleeding at all
