I’m 17 and my boyfriend and I just started having sex, I preformed oral sex on him, and a week later my right tonsil is swollen, I looked on the internet but that didn’t help, it said either tonsillitis or hiv, I really don’t want to have an std. and I come from a really religious catholic family so I don’t know how to even talk to my family about it
