Is Vicks safe to apply?

I felt my stomach and my back are always cold,so i ask my husband to apply some Vicks on it and it seems to work. I wondered if its safe for the baby?also are there any ointment i can use for while I'm experiencing this things right now?pls i need some advice.i am 18 weeks pregnant

My doctor said I can use icy hot & a low heating pad as long as you don't put the heating pad on your abdomen.

Vicks is totally save!! I use vicks for everything with this pregnancy and used it with all the other ones. I am 36w 3d if that helps.
