Could I have PCOS

A friend of mine suggested that I have PCOS because I told her in 2017 I had an abortion because I already had a child and I wasn’t ready for another one and I told her I hadn’t gotten pregnant since then and she suggested that may be PCOS. I do have irregular periods but thats about it. My mom had irregular periods and a lot of my family members are very fertile so idk maybe I’m over thinking it because me and my fiancé plan on trying once he’s back from deployment.
