Please tell me I’m overreacting

I’m 14wks1day i had a five k yesterday and at parts of it my heart rate went too high and i had to slow down. Do you think this effected the baby? We want to announce soon but I’m thinking maybe i should wait till my next scan even though we had our genetic scan last week and baby looks great

Do you think everything is okay? (Side note this is our first and our rainbow baby i had a miscarriage earlier in the year )
