Ladies who have had an episiotomy/stitches, how long did it take to stop feeling pain?

My stiches didn't hurt that bad but my ass was bruised pretty badly which bothered much more.

Everything was WAY less painful after a week but I wouldn’t say the tenderness was completely gone until about two weeks. Then it just ITCHED where the stitches had been for another few days.

My stitches didn’t hurt it was just the general swelling and bruising that was tender. I tore my clitoris, pee hole and 2nd degree internal tear

A day, maybe. I was lucky and really wasnt sore at all.
