Nightmare of miscarriage

I had a miscarriage at 18 weeks with my 4th pregnancy last year. I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having nightmares about miscarriages. Last night was so vivid. I dreamt that I felt something coming out of me. I pulled a clump from my vagina. When I saw that it was a little baby, I was like “oh no! Not another miscarriage!” I saw that the baby was still breathing. So I put her back inside me, because I thought she would have a chance to survive. Then I felt cramps... I woke up and still felt cramps only to realize my bladder was really full. Ugh I wish I didn’t have any of those nightmares!
