Sick :(

I’m having killer headache with flashing lights in my vision even when my eyes are closed, sneezing, coughing and wheezing, body aches and a sore throat. And not much I can take for it. Urgent care says it’s a “cold”. My BP was 156/73 and it’s usually in the 120s/70s. I’m starting to feel hot but I’ve never had a fever, even as a kid so that’s good. The digital thermometer said it was 98.9° so that’s normal. I just feel so sluggish and weak. I don’t think this is a cold. I’m hoping it’s not the start of influenza. It started like this last year when I had it. I work with babies and toddlers so I’m hoping I can get off tomorrow so I don’t spread it. What do you think? Is this a cold?
