Genital wart

Pls help me

I had oral sex (licked me out) about a week ago and I noticed I had painful urination and then a few days later I noticed these large warts on my inner thigh

Now I have a large amount of them on the outside and the inside of my vagina

I googled what genital warts look like and they are exactly the same. I can’t tell my mum or go to the doctors

What do I do and how do I try and get rid of them at home?
