Most likely baby acne. Totally normal at that age

Yupp looks like baby acne my son had the same thing it comes and goes but nothing to worry about

Probably just baby acne! Super common and will go away soon. Otherwise maybe a reaction to detergent or something else—newborns have super sensitive skin and they get all kind of rashes that come and go. Usually no big deal.
