Anybody with 2 under 2?

I’m 3 months PP & EBF, my sex drive is nonexistent. I didn’t prepare myself & one time unexpectedly I had intercourse with my SO & we used the pull out method. I got nauseous today & I started panicking so bad. It was hard during that moment taking care of my daughter, feeding her & trying to put her to sleep. I plan on testing in the AM, I’m just not sure how I’ll react & handle it if I happen to be. I feel extremely anxious & I already have an anxiety disorder so it’s not making it any better. I have bad nasal congestion so the post nasal drip has made me nauseous in the past as well so that’s another explanation for it. Any advice is helpful...
