Conference?
I want to attend a continuing education course next weekend. I will be 7 weeks pp and will continue to pump. How long can I go between pumping to not hurt my supply?
The class is a 3 day course. Day 1 from 12:30-8 pm, day 2 from 8-6 pm, day 3 from 8-2 pm. We usually get 1 long break and then short 5-10 minute breaks.
Should I go or pass?
