Membrane sweep advice ?!

I’m getting my first membrane sweep on Wednesday. Anyone who has had it done have any advice or stories ??? 
I’ve heard walking after makes it more effective?

walk, have sex, bounce on a ball, do some squats.  all those will help after. I just went grocery shopping after and that did it for me

I had one with my last 2 and both works.. went walking, climbing stairs , squats then took a hot bath and that night I was in the hospital 4cm with both !

Sweeps only shorten your pregnancy (on average) by 4 days. I’m not sure the discomfort and extra risks would be worth it for me. But let us know how you get on! It’d be interesting to hear how it works for you.
