11 days late and BFNs

I am currently 11 days late (currently CD 43) and have gotten 4 BFNs (CD 35, 37, 39 and 42). The only ever time my period was late, I was pregnant...I had a BFP literally the first day of my missed period and ended up miscarrying a week later. I really don’t know what to think at this point. I’m really trying not to get my hopes up but that’s a lot easier said than done. I do have an appointment for Thursday to get a check up and to have a blood test done. Just trying to see if this has happened to anyone else and if so, what was the outcome?
