Sleeping in crib

Where is everyones babies sleeping/how it’s going? Backstory: I’m a second time mom, my firstborn is 2 and still has sleep problems that I blame to cosleeping. She wakes up 3-4 times a night and comes to our room. I plan on having my 3 weeks old son start in his own crib and room but am not sure when? He currently is sleeping like 10hrs a night with 1-2 wake ups, in the living room in a bassinet with me on the couch. The pack n play is in our room but he hates it and my husband tends to our toddler who usually ends up in our bed. I can’t wait for him to sleep in the crib but am so nervous to start.
