No proof. There was a lady who scalded herself from doing it. It's not necessary and will probably do more harm than good. Your vagina is a self-cleaning body part that can easily have it's balance disturbed by these kinds of fads.

NO health care professional recommends this as a treatment or maintenance for your vagina, because it doesn’t fucking need one. I tend to believe what the professionals say over jobless-Karen with no background or education in the medical field.
Please stop promoting these ridiculous “treatments” to women who don’t know any better. Your vagina takes care of itself. Steaming makes it worse. Period. End of discussion.
