Anyone help me out?! Any nurses!?

Okay, so short story. I’ve been dealing with Naval. Pain in the ass. First time, I went for uti and it came back positive leukocyte but he never told me it did. Fast forward to today, major back pain, horrible cramps and lots of pain down there especially when I pee, it comes negative leukocytes BUT it says “bacteria : rare”

What can this mean!? The nurse didn’t tell me jack! I’m literally miserable, full body chills, pain like no other and they’re treating me like an idiot. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ 6 and 1/2 weeks pregnant

Please if anyone knows what this could mean, I’d love to know! 😭🙃
