Miscarriage or Not?

I posted yesterday how I went to my first OB appointment and when going to give a urine sample I started spotting. I spotted more last night. First it was light pink then it was brown discharge (not a lot). When I was at my OB office they said they did three tests and all were really faint.. they said they’d have the oncall doctor call me to see what we needed to do next. They called me and told me I need to wait until December 6th for my ultrasound to see if there is a viable pregnancy or not OR if I had heavy bleeding and cramps before then to call them... 
I woke up this morning and my boobs don’t hurt anymore (that was my only symptom really) and the light back pain I had stopped and no more spotting... did I miscarry and just not bleed a lot? I’m so scared. Please give advice/feedback!

I miscarried naturally, and there is no mistaking when it happens. If you had already miscarried you would definitely know. Good luck!

I pulled this off the internet and have been told this through my many miscarriages:
Studies show that anywhere from 20-30% of women experience some degree of bleeding in early pregnancy. Approximately half of the pregnant women who bleed do not have miscarriages. Approximately 15-20% of all pregnancies result in a miscarriage, and the majority occur during the first 12 weeks.
I know this probably isn’t what you want to hear but with my only child I did spot. 
Only time will tell. And yes you can’t get an ultrasound done but if you go to the er and tell them your pregnant with spotting or bleeding the will do blood tests to see you hcg levels. Then you will go back one to two days to compare. If the are higher you are progressing. Hope this is helpful. Good luck💕

When you miscarry it’s like a period or a little heavier, you would know. Spotting can be fine, brown means old blood. You could call your OB, tell them your concern and they could advise you more. Also, symptoms come and go, so don’t go off of that. With both of my miscarriages my symptoms never went away before hand.

I had a missed miscarriage a year ago. My symptoms just vanished over night. No bleeding. Wasn’t until I went to my ultrasound that they couldn’t find a heartbeat. I took 2 rounds of the meds to pass it naturally and my body refused so I had to have a d&c. Keep testing at home until your appt. I’m praying it gets stronger for you 🤞🏼
