Can having the stomach bug hurt the baby while being pregnant??

I have the stomach bug and I can’t keep anything down. I have no appetite and I was drinking water but instantly puked it up. I also have other symptoms of the bug i’m sure you all can guess what those are..
I am 13w+1 day and i’m worried that it could hurt my baby.

Just try to take small, frequent sips of Gatorade, Powerade or something like those that has electrolytes and water. Don't worry about food until you feel better, your baby will take everything it needs from you, right now you need to focus on staying hydrated. 
I had norovirus when I was around 30 weeks pregnant with my second child and I just sipped Gatorade for the whole weekend till I felt better.
