So this isnt my health, but my betta fish.

I am hoping to find answers because I am not sure if he is sick, depressed or lazy. Hopefullysomeone is an expert, I tried google, but it gives me so many things I dont know. Today when I gotbhome these white flakes as shown in the video was comin out his mouth and gills which Ive never seen. He is always sleeping, he lost some color because I had to move him one day. He still swims around. He gives up on eating? He goes to a fold pallet and if he misses 1 or 2 times he moves on or doesnt eat which I dont know if he sees rhe food or doesnt want to eat. He sleeps either in his pineapple recently, against the filter or on the side of the glass. I read they like hiding so I thought maybe he is chilling, but once I saw that white stuff out of him I got really concerned. I read it could be Ich or Ick? But I am wondering if this has happened to your betta fish. Anything is helpful and appreciated!
