Braxton Hicks HELP
OK can someone PLS describe in the best way they can what the heck Braxton Hicks contractions feel like?! I’m 30 weeks preggo and don’t know what to expect. Some say like period cramps. Some say like your stomach is tightening up. Two TOTALLY different things lol.
So someone pls enlighten me
