Blood coming out of milk duct

So I’m a ftm, 13 weeks pp and I started the drying up process at 8 weeks so it’s been about 5 weeks since I stopped pumping and breastfeeding I did the cold cabbage and tight sports bras and I’m still not dried up fully but I’m also not engorged or leaking so I can still express really watery milk but not enough to even get to an ounce between both breast...anyways I decided to check to see if all my milk was gone and when I squeezed on my nipple a little bit of watery milk came out of one of my ducts and blood came out of another duct...actually freaked me out and I have no idea why that would happen or what it can be, my breast and nipples haven’t been touched in 5 weeks so I’m weirded out by this. I have an appt for a f/U on my iud on monday so I’ll address it to my ob then, but was hoping someone else may have an idea or possibly experienced the same thing and can help out
