Nexaplanon birth control

So I first got this birth control when I was 18-19 and kept it til I was 24. Still got my period, sometimes just spotting, sometimes heavy but every month I got something. Fast forward I just had my first baby in August and got back on my bc in October. Which I had already had my period in the beginning of October, then got the bc towards the end then got my period couple days later and I’m stillll spotting now. Yesterday I had nothing coming down, I even had sex and now I’m back to a light period. Not sure if it’s the bc or because I just had a baby. I’ve been a little stressed because of car troubles and I’m a ftm as well, my hair has also been falling out which is upsetting me but this is soo annoying already. Anyone else had this happen?
