Headaches
The past few days I’ve had horrible headaches, sometimes hurts to move my head.
I’ve tried:
Tylenol
Advil
Excedrin migraine
Regular Excedrin
Ice packs
Laying in a dark quiet room
Napping (when my daughter is napping)
Exercise ( it hurts worse sometimes after)
Warm showers
Drinking plenty of water
We are also ttc I’m just waiting to test now.
But Anything y’all recommend for headaches nothing has even helped the pain??
