Flu shot side effects
I have a terrible fear of needles and worse health anxiety.
I’m terrified of getting sick.
I’m getting a flu shot today and am so scared of any side effects.
I know the flu shot doesn’t actually give you the flu. But I’m worried I will have an allergic reaction or will have bad side effects.
