Flat head

So, at his 4month appointment his pedi said that he didn't need a helmet because he didn't have a jaw deformity and that his head would end up correcting itself the more he does tummy time and the more active he becomes. Well it's been a month later and even with all the physical activity we've been doing, it doesn't look like it's improved all that much. Should I get a second opinion?
