Not the best pic but here you can see my son's first tooth about 10 days after it broke through and a few days before the next tooth (just to the left, his right) broke through. 
Pro tip from a teething mama: wait until your baby cries to take the pic 🤣 works every time!

Mines had the dents for weeks and still no teeth. 🤷‍♀️ just waiting for them to break through hopefully sooner than later. Some days she just seems miserable.

My baby has the same. Not a great pic (he refuses to let me open up his mouth now lol) but you can see them under the gums. It hasn’t broken through for him yet (it’s been 2 days since I noticed.) Not sure how long it’ll take but pretty sure they’re teeth making their way up 🤷🏻‍♀️
