Really want a hand tattoo

Hi I’m thinking of a tattoo that I want when my daughters born, a crescent moon with violets around it since her name is going to be violet, and I can’t think of a good spot for it. I’m keeping a theme for my forearms, the left ocean and the right space. I want it to fit with the shape of the body nicely. I was thinking the top of my feet but that sounds painful. So my other option is my hand and I can’t stop thinking about how good it’ll look. I’m still young so I don’t know if I’ll regret it for job searching... ugh help ! What’s another nice place a crescent moon Will fit in? Also I want to show it off I don’t want it covered by everyday clothes. Thanks !
