I get winded going up the stairs lol. And I have worked out daily for years. Totally normal! Turned 9 weeks today and I haven't worked out at all in a week. Been too exhausted and winded!

Felt that way in first trimester 22 wks tomorrow and now I feel fine again. If it wasn’t for her moving I tend to forget I’m pregnant.

I am on my second pregnancy and felt that way sooner than with my first. But I don’t need to work out to feel that way 🤣
