I went into the ER yesterday for sever ovary pain. i thought i was miscarrying again so i was freaking out

i get checked for ectopic pregnancy but was told because i’m only 4+2 that they wouldn’t be able to see anything anyways. but because there was no fluid or other indications of it being an ectopic that it was likely just ovary pain.

doctor comes in to tell me my ultrasounds looked fine. that he thinks the pain is implantation ?????

if it’s implantation how am i getting positives tests since saturday ?

(was told by countless people that the pain is very normal, it’s everything moving around, stretching and a good chance due to me being constipated for the last few days)
