Failed pregnancy

Went to the clinic today for my abortion but once there and after the ultrasound and internal scan they couldn’t find anything, apart from the gestational sack, got referred to the hospital which said it looked as though it was a failed pregnancy or I’d had a miscarriage without bleeding, so got to wait 10 days before going back for another scan. Has anyone else been through this?
