have any October moms done the deed yet? I got the clear on Tuesday but hello...!! That shit is scaring me 😬 
If you have done it...or have done it after you were in the clear with your first child...how was it? I’m a FTM so I’m freaking!!

I was scared too, gave birth on 3rd October and had a 3rd degree tear. It was way better than I had feared although we did use some lubricant. Done it a few times since and it is now amazing again.

My husband and I tried last night (6 weeks pp on Wednesday) and it was terrible. Neither of us came even closer to finishing because I was so uncomfortable we had to stop.

Everyone told me it was like you were a virgin again well that wasnt the case for me we were just messing around and he slipped 5 weeks pp. It was fine it didnt hurt. I had a second degree tear. I think it's just going to take time for it to shrink back to regular size.

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and we tried two days ago and it hurt.... it was bearable for me with enough lube, but my husband was afraid to hurt me, so he stopped. I’m hoping to try again in a couple of days! I’m currently back on birth control and I heard it is supposed to help thicken the lining of your vagina and decrease the pain from sex! So I’m hoping it works for me! Fingers crossed! We haven’t had sex since I was 3 months pregnant..... I can’t wait anymore!!

I haven’t had sex after this baby yet. I had him on the 8th, I go in on Wednesday for my postpartum check up so I’m waiting for that. 
I waited til I was cleared with my first and it was fine. The first time, I think I was so in the mood that it didn’t even hurt lol but after that, it took some time to adjust and some positions that were great before, we had to readjust and work back into them. It was weird. But after a few months, it went back to normal and things were like before.

I’m 11 weeks post partum...no tearing...no sex 😂 I was always the one with a high sex drive and would initiate sex but I’m scared to so haven’t done so and SO hasn’t pushed at all.

I haven’t yet this time around, but with my first I did have pain for the first six months. Kind of made me think of rug burn, but it was because I was so dry.  I talked to my OB (at 6 months postpartum - I shouldn’t have waited so long to reach out) and she prescribed estrogen cream that you insert vaginally and after that prescription (which was like 10 days or something if I remember correctly) I was totally back to normal.  We are waiting a couple more weeks (4 weeks pp now) but know now to talk to OB if it hurts like last time.

Baby born on the 10th
Stopped bleeding last week. Did the deed with my husband a few days ago, it was a tight squeeze. And I know that I haven’t gotten a clear from my dr yet (my apt is in a week) , so we just did things really slow and gentle. He hasn’t had it in so long that it didn’t take very long Of doing hardly anything for him to ejaculate LOL. Just be careful and go slow, if you bleed the next day then I would wait longer.
