Starting IVF what to expect? 😊

Hi. my fiancé and I have been TTC for a year and a half. I had 3 miscarriages throughout that time. I have endometriosis which I know plays into a lot of why it’s hard to get pregnant. At 16 I got told that I could never get pregnant naturally and that my only choice was to do IVF. I wanted to prove doctors wrong which I did. But they all ended in miscarriages. Has anyone on here have endometriosis and have a successful outcome with IVF?

I had stage 4 endometriosis. Two surgeries. After that we wanted to try IUI’s. Had 3 fail. Moved into IVF. Had success with our first transfer! Almost 34 weeks! I highly suggest doing PGS. 3 of our 6 weren’t healthy!

I have endo but had most of it excised last year. My first fresh transfer was successful but ended in an early MC. Gearing up for my second transfer here in a few weeks. 
I have a friend that has severe endo. She was given less than a 1% chance to conceive without IVF. She did 2 frozen transfers and got pregnant both times (one also ended in an early MC). She just had her daughter in August.
