Why do I feel turned off by my husband after seeing him being babied by his mom 🤧🤧🤧 I’m really trying to just get over it but I can’t get over this “icky” feeling right

Ugh I am the same way. She lives with us because she is divorced, pathetic and we are supporting her and sometimes in the morning i can hear her say, " have a good day at work sweetie," and kiss him on the forehead. Sometimes when he gets home and shes around shell be like " hi baby how was your day"  It totally disgusts me and i cant even call him that cause it reminds me of her. Shes been with us for almost 5 years and i dont remember this in the begining of our living together. I only started noticing her weirdo gross behavior after we got married two years ago.

Its a lot better than seeing your husband being verbally abused or neglected by his mom. I mean, thats her son so I see why she might mom him! I doubt ill ever stop momming my kiddo.

i am the same way. specifically because his mom is overly attached to him. he is almost 20 and she is calling him every five minutes asking him why he’s doing, forcing him to eat dinner with her, and if you don’t eat with her for one night and she will go up to him and say awhh nobody loves me my babys hates me. she doesn’t have common sense, when she needs something like a ride home and has very capable options she will go out of her way to make my boyfriend do something for her and if we’re in the middle of the date etc or anything he will always stop whatever he’s doing to help her when there are totally easier not out of the way options. and i have been given multiple reasons not to like her.. i originally loved her at first but now everything has changed over the past 2 years

I don’t feel that way but also my boyfriend is definitely not the “get babied” type unless it’s by me lol you just have to realize that if you had a son , wouldn’t you baby him a little bit? If you’re not okay with him being vulnerable then you shouldn’t be with him. Find a man that’s prideful.
