Advice....slight stabbing pains

I have just found out am pregnant again after a Mc last month.....

Am having slight stabbing pains now and again but am not bleeding ... now I know you can have slight pains at the start but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Am estimated about 5 weeks pregnant ... going off the first day of my miscarriage. Any advice ladies 💕💕
