Nasal Saline
For those who use nasal saline to get your little one’s boogie’s out, do you feel like a horrible mom every time you spray it in there and they appear to be choking on it? I mean, even us as adults have trouble with nasal drops/sprays, and that’s what I keep telling myself but ugh! Just wanna cry every time!
