26 weeks but measuring 36 weeks 💙💙

Caity • Mommy to Lincoln (5) and our IVF twin 16 month old boys Cason and Camden 💙💙💙 PCOS, endometriosis as well as right tube is blocked following lap surgery. Hoping for one more to complete our family.

These boys are growing so quick!! We’ll see if I can make it to February 🤞
