I’m going crazy

I’m not sure what to think. AF is due tomorrow. My cycle this month was abnormally long. I’m CD 39 today and supposedly AF is due tomorrow. Not sure how many DPO I am either. I’ve been having extreme back pain most days( more severe than it normally is before AF) also my CM is different than normal. Normally before af it’s creamy and chunky. A few days ago it was goopy, thick, and white. Now it’s watery and white. It’s to the point where it feels like it’s AF but I go check and it’s just CM. Not sure what to think. It also seems like I have a cold but only sometimes. One minute I’m fine, and the next I’m stuffy, congested, and feel like I have the flu. I took a test the other day with blood instead of urine. (I heard that worked and it would show up before urine) It looked like it had a vvvfl but I don’t know how much I trust it. At this point I’m not sure if I’m getting AF or not. I’m trying not to get my hopes up but it’s so hard.
