Blood sugar dropping?

So early today I had a sudden onset of sweating dizzy and sudden sleepless like I took a sleeping pill and couldn’t hold my eyes open . I thought I was going pass out. I hurried and drank some coke and ate and began to feel better. I’ve never had sugar problems before so I don’t know if this had to do with my sugar. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and only had this happen twice now. Has anyone had this happen before ?

This has happened to me since high school lol just make sure you have snacks on you so when you feel it you can eat!

This has been happening to me since 8 weeks and I have gestational diabetes. Not saying you do because of this, but I would mention it to your doctor. Definitely try to eat every 2-3 hours, snacking is good too. My doctor said to be a grazer lol

It happened to me twice as well. It used to happen when I wasn’t pregnant but it got worse when I became pregnant. In September I was at a pumpkin patch and almost went down. It was horrible. A week later I was grocery shopping and it happened. It is most definitely is sugar dropping cause my panned out once I shoved my face with ice cream.
