Hi, has anyone gotten pregnant with a low TSH? Is it somehow possible?

My TSH is very low, I have been trying to get pregnant over last months. I'm 2 days late today but I don't think I'm pregnant, I changed the medication dose right before my cycle this month so I guess there is a slight chance my TSH got better days before I ovulated (if I ever ovulated). I'm scared to make a test cause it can be it's just a few days late (which has never happened) or can be a period disorder due to the thyroid issues, or maybe the meds actually worked? I'm scared of finding out. Anyone has gone thru this?
