Pregnant but negative test?

So I am 8 days late. I know everyone says this but idk everyone’s age but I’m very young. I have reasons for trying this early. But anyway I’ve been bloated a lot almost everyday. Laying on my stomach hurts and causes me to fart and is very smelly. I also pee around 6-7 times a day. Also have weird feelings in nipples.Took a pregnancy test a few days ago but holding off don’t wanna get hopes up. I’ve heard people say they get negatives for a week or so then a positive. Ive has 2 of my friends say they didn’t find out till 5 months!Has anyone here had this? Worried about having pcos.
