2nd nap help?

Any one else’s LO only take one good morning nap and that’s it??? I’m still struggling getting her to sleep in the afternoon nothing works! Her bedtime is by645 -7 with bedtime routine. Morning nap she goes down no issues 1-2 hours .  Does this mean she doesn’t need sleep ?? She’s not the best sleeper at night still waking once or twice .

My son is the same way, sttn 7-7 and usually only has one nap which is around 11am to 1pm (ranges from 1-2 hours) and he doesn't/won't take an afternoon nap, hasn't for a while. It was always a struggle so I just don't stress about it anymore as he sttn and is happy!

My son seems to have a better first nap too.. I'm not sure why. I don't think he's ready for one nap, but if yours is fighting the 2nd one and only sleeps like 30 mins maybe it's time to drop the 2nd nap?

I think that’s pretty normal. The first nap will always be better than the afternoon nap. Have you tried extending wake windows? Do you have a nap routine? I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t drop the second nap for a while. Our babies are still too young for one nap a day.
