Rash on baby?

Just curious if anyone had any thoughts on what this could be? She has her 9 month physical on Tuesday but wondering if I should call sooner? Does this look worrisome? It’s only on one arm and down one side of her chest.

Did she get any vaccines at her appointment? Could be a reaction if so. I’d call her ped in the morning either way just to be safe!
