Help! Is 13/14 to weeks to early for a gender prediction?

I went to the doctor at 13+4 based off my last period. They have been random since I had my daughter 11months ago.

He said the baby was measuring 14+1 and changed my due date to reflect that.

He also got a potty shot and gave me the gender prediction of a boy based on the photo.

Is that too early for a prediction?

With both my others it was 18-22 weeks when they told me. But the more I look at this picture I’m just not certain.

Help!

My husband is dead set on a boy and won’t consider otherwise.
