Any tips from getting babies out of ribs?
I can not sit in a chair without completely losing my breath or feeling pain from them pushing up. It makes me so nauseous also. I either have to lay or stand. I’ll be 30 weeks Monday and I know it’s just going to get worse... any tips please!
