My doula has strongly suggested my son has a tongue tie and that's why bf has been excruciating. She gave me the name of a pediatric dentist, which I will call Monday.

Im wondering if anyone has any experience to where LO had tongue tie but a process or something helped you to bf painlessly without having to go for the laser or snip? I read the tongue tie can just grow back sometimes and if there is a way to avoid a surgery on my newborn, I'd rather avoid it.

I came across something called the Gestault breastfeeding but not alot of reviews.

Help please, my nipples are on fire and I'm in tears at every feeding. If the laser is the way to go, that's what I'll look into. But just looking for those who have successfully bf with a tongue tied newborn.
