Diaphragm slipped?

How would you know if your diaphragm got dislodged during sex? Would your partner feel it? this morning I went to remove the diaphragm from sex yesterday, and I almost couldn’t get it out. It felt almost like it had slipped into my cervix? I have a nine month old and though I delivered via C-section, I did labor for 8 to 12 hours with her and I did dilate, so I would expect my cervix might be a little bit more open? Is it possible for a diaphragm to slip into the cervix? While I was trying to put my finger under the rim to pull it out, it just felt like I was pushing it up into my body. I can’t seem to find clear answers about any of this online so I thought I would ask if something similar has happened to anyone else before.
