Dairy Allergy- What do you offer 1 year old?

My son has a mild dairy allergy, he reacts with eczema flare ups. He is on nutramigen toddler formula, but I want to start offering him other types of milk. Does anyone use other milk aside from cows? How many ounces of milk do you give, and how much water do you offer?

My little guy has a serious dairy allergy (epi pen is always close by) and feeding him has been difficult. We’ve had the most luck with oat milk and love that it’s fortified similar to cows milk. Just need to be careful to find the fat and protein elsewhere in his diet because it doesn’t offer a whole lot in that department.

I've been giving my daughter lactaid (the dairy free milk) and goat milk. She is still hesitant on the milk but we started halving her bottles do half made formula and then adding some milk to it

We give our son Ripple - it’s a plant based pea protein milk. No sugar and 8 g of protein. He loves it!

We dont use dairy milk at all. My boy is 13 months, still on breastmilk.  He also enjoys nut milks, coconut milk and oat milk. He is only offered small amounts of milk a day, he drinks mostly water, and only nurses to sleep. Hope this helps you!!
